Up in the air, looking out an aircraft window, I always feel like we are in God’s neighbourhood and that God’s house is close by … and only if we took the correct left or right turn, we would be right outside his front door.
How many times did Jesus close his eyes and ‘remember’ His Father’s home, and how it would be when he returned there, triumphant, and from that memory and conception drew strength for another step, another day, another minute on the cross? “Jesus endured for the joy set before him… ”
